Teardown ()
Prepare the perfect heist in this simulated and fully destructible voxel world. Tear down walls with vehicles or explosives to create shortcuts. Stack objects to reach higher. Use the environment to your advantage in the most creative way you can think of.
My Playthroughs
Played through the first half-dozen missions or so, but bounced off when I went on vacation and never came back to it.
My Thoughts
The strict time limit kind of ruined the game for me. The game becomes all about figuring out the shortest path to collect everything and get to the getwaway car before the timer runs out. Since you have unlimited setup time, you're expected to move/demolish/build things to make the path easier.
It really restricted my ability to be creative in each level, and I was spending most of my time doing prep work to optimize the run. I wish the devs had come up with another way to add challenge and build tension instead of just a timer.
It's a cool game and the first few levels were fun, but it quickly got too tedious for me.
On the other hand my kids loved blowing things up in sandbox mode though 💣
